PDF Splitter

PDF Splitter is a fast, browser-based tool that lets you extract specific pages or separate every page from a PDF without uploading anything to a server. It is useful for students, freelancers, and office teams who need to share a specific section of a report, extract invoices from a bulk file, or break a document into single-page assets. All processing happens in your browser, so your files stay private.

Tool interface

The interface is straightforward and file-focused:

• A drag-and-drop upload area to load your PDF
• File info showing the document name and total page count
• Two split modes: Extract page range and Split into individual pages
• A page range input for specifying pages (e.g. 1-3, 5, 7-9)
• A Split & Download button to generate and save the result
• A Reset option to clear the current file and start over

Tool description

PDF Splitter gives you two ways to work with multi-page documents. In Extract page range mode, you specify the pages you need and the tool creates a new PDF containing only those pages. In Split into individual pages mode, every page becomes its own PDF file, and all files are packaged into a single ZIP download.

This is useful in many real scenarios:

• Sharing specific chapters from a long report
• Extracting one invoice or contract page from a bulk document
• Preparing page-by-page assets for presentations or publishing
• Separating scanned documents that were merged by mistake
• Isolating relevant pages before sharing confidential files

Because the tool runs entirely in the browser, you do not need to install anything or create an account. Files are never sent to a server, which means your documents stay private throughout the process.

How to use

1. Drop your PDF onto the upload area or click Browse to select a file.
2. Review the file name and total page count shown after loading.
3. Choose a split mode: Extract page range or Split into individual pages.
4. If using Extract page range, enter your target pages (e.g. 1-3, 5, 7-9).
5. Click Split & Download to generate and save your output.

Tip: For non-consecutive pages, separate each range or number with a comma. Pages are always included in the order you enter them.
